1) Special Projects Officer / Special Assistant to Managing Director
The successful candidate will be involved in assisting the Managing Director and other senior management in the development and implementation of various special projects, including new business development, consultancy and marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Special Projects management
• Assisting in new marketing planning and implementation
• Assisting in special consultancy projects
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates ( diploma or degree ) are welcome.
• Good command of English is required
2) Assistant Webmaster
The successful candidate will be involved in assisting the senior management in maintaining the company’s various portals and creating new content using the companies customized content management system.
Responsibilities:
• Maintanance of company’s portals
• Using the company’s content management system to create new sections and contents for the portals
• Assisting in various portal projects including e-marketing where required
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates ( ITE or diploma ) are welcome.
• Some basic experience and skills in simple web design is preferred
3) Project Executive/Manager (Online Marketing, Online Business)
The successful candidate will be involved specifically in various special projects related to the company’s online marketing of hotel, travel and other e-commerce offerings, assist and participate e-marketing activities; project management; admin and sales support for the company’s e-commerce activities.
Responsibilities:
• Project management and support ( e-commerce )
• Assisting in marketing planning and implementation ( e-marketing focused )
• Admin and sales support ( e-commerce )
• Other special projects related to e-commerce
Requirements:
• Experience in or knowledge of (i) Marketing and Project management (ii) E-marketing & E-commerce (iii) customer service (iv) maintenance and updating of portals (v) web design and development an advantage
• Fresh graduates ( diploma or degree ) are welcome.
• High quality candidates who do not have diploma or degree qualifications but with relevant training and experience are also welcomed to apply.
• Possession of relevant certificates / diplomas/ degrees an advantage

4) Travel Consultant / Customer Service Executive/Manager
Responsibilities:
Experienced candidates will be given supervisory and managerial role and will be expected to contribute to the development of the operational processes and the management and training of new operational/customer service staff. Fresh graduates or those without experience will be considered for executive position and provided with the necessary training.
• Airline Ticket reservations
• Handling customer enquiries
• Assisting the managers in various special projects management
• Using Galileo for handling air tickets enquiries and reservation (training will be provided if not already experienced or trained in this)
Requirements:
• Training in / Experience with Galileo an advantage
• Fresh graduates (Diploma or Degree) are welcome.
• High quality candidates who do not have diploma or degree qualifications but possessing at least GCE "N" level or ITE qualifications and are trained in / have experience using Galileo are also welcome.
• Possession of relevant certificates / diplomas/ degrees an advantage
• Experience in travel agency, project management work, customer service work an advantage.
• Good command of English is required
5) Accounts and Finance Executive / Manager
The successful candidate will be involved in assisting the Managing Director and the senior management in the day to day management of the accounts and finance matters of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a full set of accounts
• Support the Senior Manager in all finance matters including quarterly GST fillings
• Any other related or special projects
Requirements:
• Candidates with experience, esp with MYOB and GST fillings preferred
• Fresh graduates ( diploma or degree ) who are keen and willing to learn are welcome.
• Good command of English is required
